Frequently Asked Questions

• Are your models glued together?
  No — as I occasionally make minor modifications to completed models, or borrow pieces to help complete other ones. It is also useful to be able to partially dismantle models for transporting or storing.
• When are you going to build . . . ?
  I don't have a plan of exactly when I'll build each building, but I do hope to get around to building them all eventually. There are forty-eight separate structures I intend to build. Some of them — such as the Main Hotel and Castell Deudraeth — are large, and others — such as the Tollbooth — are small.
• How much LEGO do you have?
  All my loose LEGO fits into just two cabinets, as seen in this picture. It's difficult to estimate the actual piece count, but I reckon I have around twelve thousand pieces. The joy of LEGO is that you can build great models whether you have ten or ten thousand pieces.
• Are your models made entirely from LEGO / Do you make your own bricks / Do you modify any bricks / etc?
  All my models are built entirely from genuine unmodified LEGO bricks, with the exception of the custom-made stickers, of course.
• Can I buy one of your models?
  LEGO is just my hobby, so my models are not for sale.
